CarPC JoyCon EXR VERY slow boot

Hi guys, installed my JoyCon today and I've already got a problem

It works perfectly except now my PC takes like 2-3mins to boot up if I have the JoyCon connected.

My motherboard is a:
MSI H61M-P21 (B3)

I updated my BIOs
I'm not using a USB hub, its plugged directly to the motherboard
I disabled Legacy USB in the BIOs...

And still its a problem.... I'm guessing I'm going to have to buy another motherboard or something? Kinda peev'd off to be honest...
Does anyone have normal/fast boot with their JoyCon? What motherboard do you use?

I have CarPC JoyCon EX and ZOTAC Intel LGA 775 GeForce 9300 Mini-ITX WiFi, no boot issues or any issues with JoyCon.

Have you tried this?

Thanks, I might get that motherboard.
Yeah I've updated the joycon firmware and I've disabled the boot options but it doesn't changing anything for me.

Firmware 111126 version will solve the boot trouble with MSI H61M-P23 (B3).

Update the CarPC JoyCon Exr firmware to 111126 version.
You can update the firmware in the "FW" tab of JoyCon Explorer.
