BMW iBus Interfaces

I have bought a CarPC JoyCon Exr -Steering wheel controls USB interface for my BMW E46. Could a Resler iBus USB interface do the same job + more ?

There are many threads on it and related plugins for RideRunner and programs to use standalone.
