    Posting no longer available, is this dead in the water? I am really hoping to find this exact thing(send steering wheel controls from Mazda 3 to Nexus 7)

    The Metra ASWC-1 currently requires an aftermarket head unit. Getting it to work with your bluetooth HID would be awesome!

    Here's another kick!

    Anyone got any current suggestions for a Bluetooth HID interface for the Joycon Exd?

    To use my Android phone for navigation and music, and to control it from the steering wheel buttons via the Joycon, the phone needs to be powered and drawing more current than it can get from a USB hub. So the only way to interface with the Joycon would be via Bluetooth ...
