exactly. all other USB gizmos via HUB and PM directly to MB.

The real prob is that Epia´s never cut the USB power off if you use direct battery connection to dc-dc PSU (like Opus has to be conected). You may have been noticed that the PowerMates cool blue light still glows even you have shut down the computer.

Somehow the USB hub makes thigns different (dont ask how, i think it has to do something with the number or USB devices so that if there´s many USB devices so them requires more power and when rebooting the PM lacks current a bit. On the other hand my estimation is as scientific as if i was saying that is has to do something with color of my socks

Works 80% with my setup but not completely.

Yes everything works fine now.

BTW. I have mine plugged into the MB as well for the same reason. I didn't think of it before but now that Peetu mentioned it I do recall having the same issues with a USB Hub.

I have my PM plugged into the MB as well, but I don't have a HUB in the mix. I'm thinking it has to be something to do with the USB not loosing power when the system shuts down.

I'm just guessing here, because I'm at work and the comp is at home, but isn't there a setting in BIOS about USB for waking the comp up? I can't remember, but that may have something to do with it ... hmm

Griffin Technology is completely ignoring me. I've now emailed them 3 times with no reply. I'm guessing they don't have an answer, and are therefore ignoring the question. Next step, PICK UP THE PHONE! hehe.
