    Question Pioneer DEH-p850mp, CD-Rb10, Laptopdvd?

    I have the Pioneer DEH-p850mp, the ip-bus unit CD-rB10, and I am looking to connect my Headunit to my laptop for great sound while watching dvd on it.

    I am going from the rca outs into a headphone adapter plug into the laptop, and when I try and switch the source on the deck it just cycles between tuner and cd, and it doesn't see the AUX signal?

    I am doing this by hitting the src button, but am I doing everything right? I know the Laptop sees the connection because the speakers go off when the adapter is plugged in.

    Has anyone had this problem with the headunit not seeing the CD-rb10?

    Can anyone help??????????

    I guess you've already found this to try because all newbies search first, but just in case:

    Pioneer AUX input problem
    Old Systems retired due to new car
    New system at design/prototype stage on BeagleBoard.
