Touchscreen RF Remotes! Can I use them for my CarPC?

There are a lot of touchscreen remotes out there using rf technology. So I just wonder if I could control my CarPC using one of them?

I've heard a lot of bad things about RF in cars. I guess there's a lot of stuff in the car that gives off RF or interfears with RF devices and cause them not to work all the time or be a bit wacky.

TouchScreen RF would be cool I guess. But it seams to me that would be kind of hard to use. The good part about having a remote is that you can "feel" where the buttons are. How did you plan on using the Remote?

Well, the only feature I'm interested in is RF. So I can hide this ugly receiver somewhere in the trunk.

I've been using an ATI Remote Wonder and RF wireless keyboard in my car with no problems so far. The receiver for one is in the dash and the other is in the trunk.

I also have an ATI Remote Wonder...no RF problems here...and I have a couple of radios as well as the wifi to generate RF.
