So i just received my screen today and i tried installing the software from that egalax site. I hit the setup.exe icon and it started to install but then it gave me a problem and said "failed to install". Now when I hit the setup. exe icon again, it tries to uninstall and when i restart Win XP Home, the Touchkit software is still there. Then I tried to uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs... no good. I checked my device manager and there's a yellow exclamation mark on Touchkit USB Controller and it says:
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.
Please help! What should I do to uninstall the software?
ok... now my device manager tells me that this device is working properly but its not working. I still try to uninstall the software and restart but its not uninstalling and clicking the setup.exe icon still asks me if I want to remove all components... how can I get this piece of crap software off my harddrive???
Is this a Lilliput? I had the same problem with the CD that came with the screen. I had to download new drivers from the seller's (extreme auio) website.

ok... forget it guys... i figured it out. i'm actually writing this on using the touchscreen... this is so f'en cool
