Got one, works awesome, and with a little work I changed it from the external serial connector to the serial motherboard header, extended just the infrared eye to the front of the case, and it works even better...fully inside the box on com2. Best thing is that it is fully supported in media engine, make the buttons do whatever you want.

Oh yea...it is tiny inside. About 1.5-2" squared if i remember correctly. The base is just huge to make it look like it belongs on a pc. I will try to shoot some pics soon! I have this, 802.11, keyboard/mouse reciever and a usb hub all inside my casetronic case.

I know, I know the picture is crappy, but hey what do you expect for a cheap camera phone

This is the creative remote reciever rewired for a motherboard header connector and the infrared sensor wire on a 12" piece of wire to reach the front of the case. Again, sorry about the pic, but by the size of the remote you can tell it is very very small!
