    Zetec Engine Interface

    Hi all,

Some of you may know I'm being very optimistic with my carputer project - the biggest obstacle I have will be with interfacing the Zetec ECU with the EPIA motherboard.

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried something like this, can help or knows someone who could help?

    Thanks

Try in the OBD II forum. I dont' know how specific are ZETEC codes but for standard diagnostics/measures the OBD II will work with your cars.
    Cheers

    Installation: 90% complete - fiberglassing
    EPIA M10000 - 512Mb - 20GB
    Lilliput 7" TS - Opus 150W PCB - DLink USB Radio - slim CD-ROM - SoundBlaster MP3+ - not so crappy 40x4 Amp - BU303 GPS (waiting for) - BT support

Thanks m8, I'm reading up on the OBD-II stuff now... whilst also taking a crash course in VB to write a custom software interface. Joy
