    shuttle Xpress. poor driver?

    I just installed the driver and rebooted. works fine in excel, outlook, etc. until i tried to open the systray icon. then it crashes and I lose all control. I tried restarting the service but no good. I have to reboot to make it work agian. Any ideas?

    I can't offer any suggestions, but it's working fine for me in XP. What type of crash is it? Specific error message?

    that's the thing i'm running win2k server. it just like halts for a while then closes itself. no msg

    figured it out. the program that crashes is shuttlehelper.exe in the program files. so there's 3 components of this thing that can be accessed. 1) the shuttle engine in services panel 2) the shuttle control panel applet 3) the shuttlehelper.exe
