Got one of these about a month ago. The trackball DOES have buttons. They are surface mount type on the bottom of the PCB and will probably need cabling out to momentary switches. I have been searching and searching for pin out info, took me ages!!! I think I now have enough info to have a go, trouble is we are fitting a new kitchen. But hopefully will get onto the trackball next weekend...
It will look really sweet in the centre console![]()

cant anyone tell me if an alps touchpad for mac and be wired to a ps/2 connection? anyone? it looks like a ps/2 but i think it has one or 2 less pins..
it will not work. the commands that are sent out are in a different format. the converter costs too much to even think about. i just went and bought a windows compatible touchpad.
