thanks in advance

I have a similar question. Sometimes i don't shut down properly before removing power to my computer. this causes it to go into safe mode. the problem is that in safe mode, usb doesn't work (at least the touchscreen i have doesn't), so i have no way of restarting in regular mode. When the computer is booting and it says hey do you want to go into safe mode, i cna't type the correct option with no keyboard. Any way to disable safe mode completely in windows 98 SE?? thanks
have you thought about running XP? I don't have the problem with XP...but like other said...I'm gonna carry around a spare keyboard/mouse somewhereOriginally Posted by Slitha
When I'm testing my system, I've always connected a keyboard until I've worked out the kinks...
Its a pain but if ya wanna correct stuff its the best way to go.
I suggest XP also.

Thats pretty cool, I tried CTRL+ALT+DEL but it didn't work. I also tried pressing enter afterwards, no response.
Holy crap, this gives me an awesome idea.
Huge software idea. Sorry guys, I'm off to code.
