Just a heads up. I forwarded the PCB design to the local manufacturer.
They will quote me on 10 pcs first and then build it.
Their estimate is 15 biz days from yesterday. I will post schematics on my web site next Monday.
Not that many...Still doing board verification and things. You know it takes time. I'll update everyone at the end of the week.

Just an update on AiNet. It turned out that AiNet is not been fully discovered, so have to spend some time doing it. The most appropriate time would be the end of Feb and I think the device would be ready by mid March.
In the meantime still working on the P/IP bus for those who has Panasonic and Pioneer.

Please keep developing, this seems to be exactly what im looking for!
Just a few questions tho:
If im reading this right, as far as the deck is concerned the CarPC appears as an MP3 changer almost, aliet a large one, and id get to scroll through a folder of mp3s/albums just like they were on a CD right from the deck? And would this use the AiNet interface for the audio itself?
i only need it for mbus, so will a version be released soon?
I can't tell that much about AiNet, will work on that in 2 weeks. But I think all the functions you mentioned should be available though.Originally Posted by thedge
