btw has anyone started to mod the keyboard making it wireless perhaps? Has anyone found a schametic to make any keyboard wireless?
i've got a playstation style controller thats usb. its pretty sweet, has a dpad. the reason i have it though is i riped it apart and am using the circuitry on it as an interface. im putting buttons on my console that controls volume, next track, pause, etc. the custom software im writing uses directx directinput to poll button presses on the usb gamepad, it is a very simple and well-working solution. i love usb now![]()

Man, this thing is great. The cord is long enough to move it around in the car. I dont see why you would want it wireless, then ya either gotta charge it or change the batteries.
A few pics of the new thumbpad.

Here's what I meant about the clip fitting on my shiftknob. Works perfectly to enter a destination address while I'm stopped. =)
