    Touchscreen through lexan/plexi

    What touchscreen would i use if I wanted to get it to work through a 4-6mm thick layer of lexan/plexi? If it's possible at all

    none. youd have to put the touchsreen overlay over the plexi. Iff not, you'd have to "touch" it with a hammer

    That is true, for a tactile touchscreen. But what about IR touchscreens f.ex?

    How can something based on light be a touchscreen?

    Never heard of infra red touchscreens ???? Wow!! I'm am suprised....
