Thread: 7" touchscreen calibration problems (tm-701)

Hey, I was wondering if anyone can give me some ideas.

My toucscreen was working fine but was just a tad bit off. No problem, I thought Id just recalibrate it and see if that helped.

I can NOT complete the 4-point calibration. The first and second blinking circles have no problems and beep pretty quick. However I have rarely gotten the 3rd one to beep when holding it down (best luck with my thumb). It has not completed the 4th and final one though and because of this it fails everytime. It is definitely reading though because everytime I lift my finger it restarts but it never beeps. I cant even get halfway through the 25 point calibration.

-Touchscreen was working fine prior to me trying to recalibrate it.
-Touchscreen still seems to work, it just wont calibrate.
-I have uninstalled/reinstalled the drivers (properly) more than once with no different results.

Any ideas?
