are you using the latest driver? if so, you probably checked the auto-calibrate at startup option when you installed it.
check your startup program group and delete the calibration entry.
For some reason it seems like about 75% of the time I do a full reboot I need to do the 4pt calibration right when the PC starts. Then it says "reading from EEPROM, writing from EEPROM" etc. and life goes on. It of course doesn't do this when I hibernate it. But I was under the impression that if it's writing its calibration to an EEPROM it should still be there next time it powers up. Right? It's getting power from the 12V rail of an ATX power supply, and it's cut entirely when the system shuts down.
Is this normal?
