What do you guys think of this idea?
I found a 3" arcade style trackball on ebay with a usb connector for a pc....it also interfaces with up to 3 classic arcade style buttons, also for sale on ebay. There is a mounting plate that would allow you to mount into your center arm rest and use it like a mouse with two buttons and an optional third...I'm thinking that an OEM install with the leather on the armrest tapered around the trackball and buttons would be genious...
lets see a picture.

I did my own ebay search for them and found there around $65. They look very nice in white red and blue which u can backlight. Would be a cool looking addition to any carpc.

Definitely going to do it...thinking about going with the red ball...itll give my car that sinister feel...it has a ps/2 mouse connection and comes with the bottons....id run it to the cig lighter for the backlighted effect.
