Im planning on using a mouse with a wheel that has a down click and a right and left click.
Id want to make it so when you click a direction it sends a specified key
I know Logitech software does this but I dont really want to buy a 50 dollar mouse (Im just going to rip it apart and use the mouse wheel)

Are you trying to get a driver that allows you to remap the buttons?
The current free Mouseware software allows you to do that.

Yeah I also have a Logitech Game Mouse knock off, can I get WinXP to read the other buttons next to the scroll wheel as say Buttons 6 and 7?
