    I had a similar issue and a powered hub fixed my problem. It's $20 fix from walmart.

    Try going to and downloading the drivers there. I used them with two different touchscreens from different manufacturers, and they worked with both. They are very robust, and work after hibernation and resume.

    are you using RR?

    and if you are... are you sure its not just resuming from hibernation with right clicking enabled?if you are using RR, try connecting a mouse and then right click before doing anything, then try using it...

    it could be a driver issue... thats what happend to me
