    usb hub power problem

    Hey there, im having some problems with usb stuff! i have 2 usb hubs powered, but they're still exceeding voltage when i plug a usb wireless dongle/dvd drive etc onto it! can anyone give me an idea as to why this is happening?

    Yah I have the same problem, I was going to to buy a 5 volt power suply, so that i'm not using the mother bourd power. but I have not done it yet.
