I have one of those lens cleaner cloths from a pair of Oakleys that I'll wipe the dust off with.
I have a tablet laptop in my car and the ******* thing collects more dirt than a kid on a muddy field. I will have it sparkling clean in my apartment, but once it's in my car for a few hours, forget it! So much dust. I wipe it away with my hand, temporarily, but it just comes back!!!!!!!

Whenever they get dirty enough that I can't see through it.. Fairly often, unfortunately.
Mine collects dust pretty fast too. I can't stand it. Good idea on using the Oakley bag seeings how I have one in my car.

Here is the By far hands down best solution I have found. Buy a microfiber drying towel that come in about 8 x 6" size. Then go out and buy a can of PLEXUS plastic cleaner and protector. Its $5.95 or so. Open the micro fiber towel and on one side make a small X with a Permanent Sharpie in one corner of the towel. Then spray PLEXUS from about 5 inches away with a liberal sweeping motion back and forth till it is pretty well coated.
Use this side to wipe down the plastic outer LCD surface. Then flip it to the side with nothing on it (NO X on that side) and buff the screen lightly.
What that does is clean, wax , protect , and inhibit any dust or particles from stikcing to the LCD/Touchscreens surface. Then fold the towel and put in the glovebox inside a ZIP Lock baggie (seal it) Then whenever it gets kinda dry on the PLEXUS side just spray liberally again and seal in the zip lock baggie.
Once you use this solution you will never consider another one.
Oh, thats not a microfiber towel in the picture , but instead its a polishing cloth. Which one can use as well.
