    IR Receiver?

    i've just been given a basic serial IR receiver but don't have any drivers for it

    how can i see if it is working so i can start with girder (another challenge in itself)

    two wire? three wire? you can follow the instruction about getting the lilliput ir connected to a serial port to get it working with girder if its 2 wire

    it has two insulated wires inside the outer insulation but then there is extra wire around these two

    managed to get girder to receive a signal just can't get it to do anything with that signal
