    An adapter? Interesting..........that requires me to have an original controller to do that though, is there a solution that allows me to just plug in a gamepad that looks like an Atari controller but is USB on the other end?

    i swear i saw this just the other day..

    you guys wouldnt believe it, it was this adapter, usb i think, that you could plug an original snes controller into, and use it on your computer!!

    you'd better to use PS2 controller.
    you can use analog axis and vibration and even pressure sense buttons on PC.

    I havent read the whole thing but I cant tell if everyone is just being sarcastic or are really that uninformed?!

    If you seriously don't know, then yes adapters for all consoles exist. I have a few SNES to USB adapters. Plug in a controller and bam its a HID device through USB.

    If you are all just yanking eachother's chain, then go right on ahead and ignore me.
