Smallest Touchscreen?

Whats the smallest touchscreen you can get?

Basically im going to be after a small one, prolly 5" or less, and square if possible, although unlikely.

Any ideas please?

cheers for that, ive just took a proper measurement of whats needed, and id say 5" is perfect, if its any smaller it may actually be to small for the purpose :s
