Someone else on here had theirs that way, been a year or so since I saw the picture. I wanted to do mine that way as well, but didn't know about the legal aspect of it, then OK got new tags and we don't have the gap between the letters so I wouldn't be able to do it.

It is generally illegal to physically alter your license plate in any way. I'm going to get a boyo ccd camera that attaches to the license plate frame (and hope it doesn't get ripped off).

Can't decide whether to get a cheap one from eBay(under $40) or spend $80+ for CCD cam like BOYO. Is it really worth getting CCD camera ?

I'm thinking I got my BOYO off ebay, but I could be mistaken. Also don't remember how much I spent, thinking it was around $80.

I just mounted this to my car:
    http://www.supercircuits.com/Securit...-Cameras/PC228

It is tiny, CCD, wide angle and water proof. It also has a 25' cable included.
It has a wire that enables or disables mirrored image mode.
The image quality is good, although I don't have a photo of that yet.

I would go out and take a photo now for you, but it is pouring rain, and I don't have the camera wired up to a monitor yet.

I will get some pics up tomorrow, but this is the camera I got. It works great! I have it hooked to a Lilliput that auto switches when it sees a signal and the camera is wired to reverse lights. It looks like the same as the one a couple of posts above at a little better price.
