Buttons that look like they belong in a car

Does anyone happen to know of any buttons available that look like they were designed to be in a car (rather than a cheap toy)? Thanks!

I remember reading post in which one forum member bought hopelessly broken aftermarket stereo headunits from eBay (for very little) and then salvaged and reused the buttons/portions of the faceplate for his install.

Yep, super good point...in fact, that's where I found my buttons. Don't know why I forgot to mention the scrap yard.
