    Touchpad Mouse

    Has anyone tried these? I've used the Alps, etc in the past but I need USB now and this might look good ontop my center console recessing into the armrest..

    haven't used that model but I have used one of these http://www.keyboardco.com/keyboard_d...sp?PRODUCT=244 . Works just the same as a laptop touchpad. I haven't used it in a car but I am going to in my next install as I am sure it will be easier and more accurate to use than a touchscreen.

    I think some people use them here, have to check the INPUT section. I think its a very good idea myself. Ive been meaning to grab one and integrate it into my arm rest.

    I just installed one of these...

    I didnt really care for the blue color, so i stripped off the blue cloth and found a nice blacke matte finish cover on it. too bad i scratched it when i was doing the install. so i then stripped off the black matte finish and found the bare board. i used black vinyl to cover it up and it still works perfect.

    very responsive, right clicking is easy. no need for drivers. bought mine off ebay.

    the board has cirque logos on the back.

    I have used a Cirque Touchpad.
    Is great even on a Macintosh.
