i know this is a wireless forum, but i put this here cause i think all u guys would prob know this question. i have a macbook with windows on it, and i am using streets and trips 07 with a usb gps sirf III chip. my car is 5speed stick, and i was wondering where the best place to mount a laptop in ur car. could i possibly put it in the glove box and fold in it and out and put it on a swivel. are there any other good places?? thanks
has to be boot, if you can enclose the whole thing in a case vent a fan vent, then u might consider under the passanger seat (if you have room) no case means it will get dirty and kicked often.
i've just started on a custome "floor" for my boot, will post pics later but basically, its a false floor onthe boot about 2" high that will house amp/psu/speakers and lappy (with docking station)
Let's use that logic in another situation...
I know that this is your refrigerator, but I took a **** in it....

Depends on the vehicle really, if you've got a ford f-350 you might be able to put the entire laptop in the center console. Some kind of shelf under the passenger seat could work. The trunk is probably the easiest though...
