    I have just installed a docking station for my PowerBook. It works great!
    Keep in mind that with laptops, cooling is done from the bottom. What i have done is angle the docking station up on the front end. This way, as the car bumps around, the laptop will stay in place on the docking station. Under it I have a fan to keep the bottom cool.
