Somebody here had problem with hibernation?

Using these drivers my machine wont hibernate, it displays a message about the intel driver preventing windows to hibernate.

ok, i'll throw my hat into the ring also. I have an intel 915g chipset and a lilliput 889gl widescreen. I was able to successfully use the drivers from post #25 on page 2, [Thank You Giuliano] however the image seemed too tall, although it did fit the viewable area. also the driver only allowed a 60hz refresh rate which makes the simpsons look choppy(a cardinal sin). the lilliput thought it was running at 640x480 per the on screen menu.
it's so close, what do i need to tweak this?
    thanks

    What I did:
    1) Reinstall XP (not really necessary)
    2) Install Intel EIGD 5.1 driver (because of 815 chipset)
    3) DO NOT REBOOT after driver installation
    4) Open the psyrex .reg file and change the GUID to my GUID
    5) Import the .reg file (double click it)
    6) Reboot
    7) Windows started with the screen streched up (couldn't see the top of the windows). This is because psyrex .reg was for a 7" Lilliput, and mine is 8".
    8) Installed powerstrip
    9) Reboot
    10) Opened powerstrip "Advanced Timing Options" and clicked a few times on the Blue arrow (right "cross", bottom) and the screen started adjusting and it fixed on the right proportions. Here is the screenshot of the settings that worked ok:

I have a onboard VGA with intel 815 chipset and using Lilliput 889GL-80NP/C/T (widescreen, 800x480).

Thanks a lot psyrex for all the help and the reg file!

Also thanks WiCKeD 5.9L who started this thread and also Merzbow for that post with the original reg file.
I just followed these instructions and the display manager in windows shows the resolution set at 800x480, but the screen is reporting 640x480 still. I am running an 810e on the 5.1 driver since they dropped it on later drivers.

ideas appreciated! I feel like this is progressing a bit though, so I am optimistic

i got it. I used the reg settings from post #12 on this thread Intel 865 custom drivers

All I did was modify the long string as vlad described above and now the display settings report 800x480 and the monitor confirms that it's getting that input as well.

    Thanks guys!

    Hi,

I am using 855GME and 700IDT, i would like it to display at 800x480.

I have tried your custom driver, registry trick and powerstripe...but i am still stuck at 800x600.

BTW, there is a new IEGD 7 on intel website, possible to customise based on that?

    Pls advise.

    Thanks

Test hbernation. In the end I went back to 800x480 with regular intel drivers, because hibernation stopped working (and that is important to me).

No, with regular drivers I had to stay with 800x600.
