You can use the epia, or you can use a cheapo micro-atx mobo and old pc parts. That is what I did. $32 for motherboard.
That is the video and right and left stereo sound channels. So it has nothing to do with touch screen.I found here a touchscreen but the plug of that is RCA (so, it has one plug red, one white, one yellow). my question is: If I plug the yellow RCA of the screen in that plug of the motherboard, I can use it with the touchscreen function?
There must be some way to connect the touchscreen to the PC if it actually has one. It will probably be serial or USB.
On HDD
External hard drives are not tougher than internal hard drives so I would not waste your money. They are exactly the same thing, one is just shoved into a box. Get a laptop hard drive if you can as they are built to deal with a higher shock value.
