I just wrote this letter to Lilliput tech about the new 10.4" monitor I have had for the past week...
My Lilliput 10.4" monitor has been working great the past 3 days and then all of a sudden, I noticed the touch screen was acting flaky and then it quit. I pulled out the usb connection and then I noticed my power supply fan came on so I plugged it back in and the power supply fan stopped!!! Everytime I plug in the usb connection, the power supply fan stops and when I unplug it, the power supply fan comes back on. It's like the usb cable has a short in it. Have you ever heard of such a thing?
On a side note, I have tried 2 different power supplies, 250W and 300W and they both do the same thing, even if the touchscreen is the only usb device...

I took the Lilliput over to my server machine that has a 400W power supply and plugged it in and immediately, a Win XP warning window appeared displaying:
Power Surge on Hub port
A usb device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port
That validates a touchscreen problem. Lilliput did get back to me so now the most important part...service. I'll keep you posted on how they handle this.
