Thread: GREAT DEAL: 10.4" Touchscreen - Samsung LCD $215!

I took a deep breath and ordered one on Wed. I got my 10.4" on Friday Boy, is it waaay too big for my car. Anyway, I turned it on and no problems either. I guess I was one of the lucky ones.

It came with a european plug though. Good thing I already had an adaptor. I was mad as hell until I remembered that I did. I sure hate the beep from the mobo everytime I touch my touchscreen. I feel like I am doin somethin I am not supposed to

You can turn off the beep in the TouchKit settings. Oh trust me, it took about 10 seconds of hearing that obnoxious beep before I was totally not cool with that

i ordered one set too 4 days back.. im in singapore.

i have selected UPS Worldwide Expedited

but they arranged USPS to send to me.

and i just check that the parcel is at canada's customs now!

do you guys recieved thru UPS or USPS?

also,anyone knows how to check the delivery address of the package on usps.com?

i cant find such a link there..thanks!

just called up canada post and check the parcel is indeed towards a canada's address.

which means either gooddeals18.com got the wrong address (i doubt so cus i checked alot of times before i submit the form) OR they gave me a wrong tracking number.

hello, I recently purchased one of the 8.4 inch screens from good deals, and wish I had known about this thread just to be safe...

I have two issues I was wondering if I could get help with one?

I got my screen, and it works great, except for the fact that there was no driver cd in the box, I emailed and received a prompt reply from Tina, that I could post in this thread, or send the order number and she would send me one right away, well, I was wondering if someone would be willing to send me the drivers I would need for XP because I admit, I really don't want to wait...

The other issue, I already am taking care of, but there was no cigarette light adapter, oddly enough...

anyways, this being my first post, I want to thank anyone for your reply in advance, and all of the members who are very helpful on these free forums...

Does somebody know, of the 2 connectors in the red circel are good placed in the connector?

I think the left connector maybe twisted..
And the right connector maybe placed on the wrong side in the board...
