No, it comes with the touch screen. That other link was for someone who had broken their touch screen.

I ordered the 10.4" a few days ago and its scheduled to be delivered today. I guess I will see if it works tonight when I get home from work.

WEll off to a bad start, opened it up this AM to check it out and the damn screen is all scratched to hell, i mean not just one or 2 but literally the entire screen is covered in scratches. I emailed them all ready and if they dont respond i will just dispute it with paypal, after that i will dispute it with my bank.

Did it not have a protective plastic sheet covering the screen?

I was thinking the same thing. Of all the ones I've seen pictured on here that are straight out of the box, they all have a protective sheet over the screen. I sure hope mines ok when it gets here.


**Edit - Well UPS screwed me and delivered it to the wrong house now I have to contact the shipper and get a tracer started on the package. What a pain in the arse.

okay, good call, it was the protective screen, i am happy now.

Mine was delivered to my neighbor who left it on my doorstep. I tested mine and all is good. I have already taken it apart and will start the install soon. Oh and the back of the screen does have a samsung sticker and model number on it so it definitely is a Samsung LCD. Very nice.
