Hey, I broke the paper thin pin that is attached to the back of the monitor to the motherboard. My screen will not start now. Is this fixable?

Also, do you guys know any 7" screen (just regular) that will fit into the bezel of the lilliput 7" touchscreen? The reason I ask is because I molded the lilliput touchscreen bezel onto the dashboard, and I dont want to spend 200 bucks for another one. I just want to put a regular screen that will fit into that bezel.
