I think that it is more to do with the drivers for the monitor rather that mobo.
Suggest you try the monitor manufacturers web site.
I did a search here and on google and can't find drivers or bios updates to get the proper 800x480 resolution on my motherboard. Any ideas?
Here's the motherboard I'm running:
BIOSTAR P4M80-M4

Thanks for the fast reply brodgar. You were right, my crt monitor drivers were forcing it to display only the modes it supports. When I updated the IGP drivers and didn't notice a new system tray icon and upon further inspection it had other display mode settings independent of the monitor supported resolutions....one of which was 800x480. Sorry guys....maybe someone searching for the same answer in the future will stumble upon this thread and learn from my stupidity![]()
I have a card like..
The Biostar P4M900-M4, and I want to change the logo in full screen by selecting the boot image.. how can I do?
