how would you hook this up to CARPC?

Ok so I found a cheap double din touchscreen that would fit better in my car and not look at all ghetto.

I have 2 questions about hooking this up.

1). How would I hook that screen up to my car pc to display?
2). How do you connect the touchscreen functions to work with the pc?

I notice there is a USB cable. Could you plug that into the carpc for touchscreen to work with the pc or what?

touchscreen is for its own system and the usb is input it also doesn't have a VGA input that I can see so its pretty useless for a car PC.

Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?
