    power issues with lilliput

I've got my carpc all hooked up and ready to go, except for the problem with my lilliput 629

i've powered it from my M2-ATX, in the car it will power up but won't show the video, and now that i'm trying to power it at home (AC-DC) it just won't power even!!

and when it powers in the car, it shows 3 vertical lines, green n pink once in a while.

i've gone blank even trying to brainstorm. why on earth it wouldn't power at home, it used to before.

i had wired the house power wrong!
now the regulator doesn't whine when it's powered, but the screen still won't turn on.
have i blown smething? can't say from looking at the board, since it looks all fine, nothing's blacked out.
