Thread: HELP! Please post your LCD Panel Size and model info

What do I need?

I need actual size, in mm or inches, of your LCD panel. I'm not looking for the size of the entire unit or the screen size of 7 inches. I'm looking for the actual size of the LCD panel inside of the screen, or a reference to somewhere I can obtain this. My best shot is for other people who are modding their screens to take a measurment of their LCDs for me.

Why?

I'm looking to understake a modification to my existing setup.

My plan is to take an off-the-shelf VGA touch screen and change out the composite screen in my current setup. It should be VERY simple once I find the LCD panel that is most comparable to the unit I currently own.
