I was troubleshooting the touch screen on this lilli 619 with power still applied; accidentally touched that little thing (arrow) with my finger and it let out a puff of smoke (my finger was burned real good too) and the screen went black. Doesn't even attempt to power up since then.
Just wanted to see if maybe it could be saved.

That my friend looks like the Surface mount 1 amp fuse.
Replace it wioth sinilar and you should be good to go.

That looks like the capacitor on the CCFL inverter output. Danger high voltage, BTW
The CCFL connector is on the under side there I think.
Actually, now have one a bare board in front of me.
And yes it is not the fuse but as curiosity says a surface mount capacitor.

Personally I would see if there is someone with a dead board but with that still intact and get that off them.

Hey, the outleadings are too long! It could cause sparks! It is on the high voltage side.
Keep them as short as possible.
