using a touchscreen with a xbox

So instead of spending alot of money on a car computer, i am going to use a modded xbox with a 500gb hard drive and xbox media center. I have one question i need answered though, will the touchscreen work with it?

i dont want to shell out a **** load of money and it not work

anyone have any experience with this or know the answer?

do a search and you will others have asked this before, last time i checked it was not possible as the trouchscreen drivers need to be build for the XBMC dashboard and considering there are many touchscreens with different drivers this would be a very big challenge to implement.

If CarPC is out of the question may be a good idea to mount a wireless controller to control the xbox (or a wired one).

Well you could use a xbox.. but to get the touch screen to work you would probly have to run linux on it and then just install the linux drivers for the touch screen...
