    Lilliput eby-701 touchscreen problem!

    Hello everyone!

Iīm new here, and I must say itīs a great forum!

    And now to the problem:
For a while ago I bought a Lilliput eby-701 screen, and by the time I got it worked perfectly. I have been running my car-pc on it for about a month now with no problem, but when I turned it on this morning the touchscreen was completely off. Everytime i try to click on something the cursor disapears down to the left, sometimes right, corner of the screen. I have tried to do a 4-point calibration several times with no luck, I have updated to the latest "TouchKit" but with no luck. And when I do the 4-point calibration the linearization curve is way off. (Pic below)

I have searched and searched, but I couldnīt find anyone with the same problem.

Is there anyone out there that knows how to fix this?

And btw, sorry if my english is bad, but I hope you understand

Something like a crumb or dirt is probably stuck in the bottom left part of the screen and is always "pushing" the screen.

Visually inspect it first, and if you see something try to get it out by using a thin flat thing and sliding it around the screen to get the object out.

I have dissembled the screen to look for dirt, but I cant see none. I have allso tested the screen on another computer to see if it had something to do with bad drivers, but the same thing happend there.

I allso did the 25-point linearization calibration, and end up getting this curve:

Maybe the panel is going bad? I had a similar issue, but not with a Lilliput. I had to have curves on my calibration too for it to work, then sometimes it would be opposite, if i touch the left side it goes to the right, the real bad one was when I would go in a clockwise circle, it would move counter clockwise. I finally decided to sell the screen thinking that maybe it was my air conditioner causing the issue.
