I'm looking for some advice on a new in-dash touch screen for my CarPC. I have the Lilliput GL701 w/ built-in Radio tuner, etc. I'm looking to replace it with a sunlight-readable model that has a radio tuner. Do these exist? Where can I find them.

I've seen double-din ones, but my 06 Nissan Sentra only has room for single din and I don't want to have to glass the dash to custom anything.
