I'm in the planning stages of a rebuild, and I'm definitely considering this one since I have a convertible.
Sorry if the title is misleading, I can't afford one right now.....

Is this where the witty comment goes?97 Black pearl Mazda Miata MX-5 Carpc V2? maybee..
Well, I just bought a 700TSV 3 months ago...maybe I should my credit card company for a refund?
I don't know if it's good though to just improve the brightness level of it. It means it will be hot. My 700 TSV is pretty hot, you cannot not touch the back of it after a few hours on its max backlight and relatively high brightness levels. I wonder how much hotter this one is and if it will behave buried in the dash.
I would prefer some transflective tech perhaps? You increase the transparency, not the backlight levels? I don't know.
Worklogs: 08 Sequoia Platinum Carputer (In Progress!)

Interesting... It's cheaper than that LinITX screen I was thinking about getting, especially given how fast the dollar is plummeting. This is very tempting indeed!
Planning: Never ends!
Parts: Strewn about the house...
Install: Someday soon...
Dont know how much brighter it can be, i mean the 700tsv is bright enough i think.

I don't see the 702tsv on xenarc's site. Must be really new.
I'm really thinking about this one, consdering that I have a 8" transflective touchscreen that needs a touch controller, and that I'm just not satisfied with. I was working too hard to make the 8" fit anyway.
Is this screen a Xenarc model or a screen that mp3car upgrades transflectively![]()
xenarc model..
