Can I change the refresh rate on the screen?

I have 3 screens. All connect together via a powered VGA splitter. 2 screens are Lilliput EBY701 and the other is a 15.4 Shark screen. The SHark is picky though and will only work at 50 hertz, but when I set this setting, the EBY701s turn blue. Is there anyway for me to change it so the EBY701s will accept 50 hertz? I think right now they are on 60 hertz.

I decided to just settle on 56 hertz. The Lilliputs dont seem to mind that rate, and the 15 inch only has slight issues that you have to be really close to the screen to notice. Also only has the issues when showing bright colors.
