Nice pics. Once they come out wih a solution without using double sided tape, then I will use them. I don't believe in breaking the TS in order to remove the screen from the bezel. This is mainly important if using a tranflective screen

Is that a shot at my cracked screen?

My cell phone was sitting on a shirt on top of my printer above my desk and it slid off and landed oh-so perfectly on my screen and cracked it. Oh well.

If you have a WRX then you can buy a double din kit for it at the mp3car store -- specifically for the rex. I'm not sure on the double-sided tape issue though.

What screws/bolts did everyone use to mount the circuit board? the original screws used to mount it in the stock case are too small to fit into the holes in the 3 tabs behind the screen.

Do i need to add anything to insulate between the circuit board and the tabs?

Also how are you supposed to mount the ir sensor in line with the lense in the panel? the screen looks like it will cover that lens plus it doesn't look like theres enough room to even mount the sensor circuit board beside the screen...???

Just a word of warning to anyone using this frame. It is VERY flimsy. If you're not careful you will bend the frame, which will cause your touch screen to malfunction. The other issue is that the frame isn't a true double-din size, it's close but you will need a trim ring. The mounting holes are an issue as well, as they don't match double din standard either.

Very aware, which in the case of my specific vehicle, this frame is not a good option.
