All I can say is WOW. Thanks for everything you are doing for this community digitalww, I am saving pennies as we speak to upgrade my monitor in the future when I have another car that makes sense to have a carputer in...

I can't believe how rude some people are. Here he's selling us monitors at very good prices (clearly with the demand being as it is he can charge much more) and you're asking him to "take one for the team"?!

If someone wants to buy the 7" LCD from the flipout from me, I'd be willing to try this. IE I'd stick the Xenarc VGA and Touch inside the flip out housing and sell the regular 7" to somebody else (inside the Xenarc housing if you'd like).

Armen, I'm gonna be knocking on your door January 4th on my drive through I94- are you going to have both the Xenarc and flip out available then? Or do I need to order it now to be safe? Wish you had some Xenarcs right now I'd buy it!

You mentioned earlier that you were going to test the 7" touch screen. Have you had a chance to do this ? What were your opinions in terms of pointing accuracy, light transmissions, reflections etc ?

How does the touch screen interface to the PC ? USB, Serial etc ?

Cable Length ?

What drivers are supplied ? WinXP ??

clearly he has the access to both the indash lcd and the xenarc, and if someone's going to take it out of the casing anyways, he could use that as a test case to see the fit.


whatdoes selling the monitors at a lower price have to do with the in dash housing being compatible with the xenarc?

1) Hey armen i want the in dash model i emailed you twice but you haven't emailed back bit late now i know you won't want to do anything before xmas and probly not till after new years that's cool man just can you put one aside for me or something? As soon as your ready to ship i'll pay you.... gimme bank details i'll transfer the money in to save u the 2% fee also the touchscreens, can you ship the in dash screen with touch screen installed in early jan? if so i think i'll wait (are you doing install urself if purchased together? you charge more? or you not even offering the service?)

2) inline4..... don't call ppl retards when you're the one asking armen to "take one for the team" in other words "lose money on a screen so you can have what you want".... if you want the xenarc in the flip out housing... buy both screens and wear the additional cost...... custom work doesn't come cheap.... never has never will so don't expect to get exactly what you want at the price you want...... isn't that the whole idea of these forums? to not buy pre-made stuff?
