I also just ordered the CTF700-SH from CarTFT.com. I am in the process of building my first carpc and after hours of research this screen came out on top. It was tough to justify the price tag but the whole build would be for nothing if I couldn't read the screen during a bright day.
I am ordering it from Canada so I am worried about duties, hopefully I don't get killed.
I will post some pics/review once I get it.

Hey freehand, I'm in Canada too (TO), I'm thinking about getting one as well.
What happened with the duties? How do you like the screen? You wouldn't happen to live in T.O. so I could get a look at it?

It costed me like $40-50 for priority shipping with FedEX and then I had to pay 92 bucks for duties when it arrived. It wasn't so bad cause on the web site when I ordered I cheched or unchecked something saying I wasn't in the european union so I didn't have to pay their 19% tax, so that lowered the price a lot.
Screen is awesome, I am so glad I paid extra to get a good one. Transreflective works great, easy to read in direct sunlight.
Only issue is keeping the screen clean from fingerprints because they become very visible in direct sunlight making the screen hard to read. It isn't a big issue at all I just use a micro cloth (for glasses) to clean it.
I live in Mississauga so maybe ... I know I would have liked to see it before buying. PM me maybe we can work something out.

Can agree with the fingerprints... they show up pretty nicely in the sun
Other than that, still loving mine. It has a few quircky problems every now and then... like turning on but not displaying any image or having a shakey image. Nothing the remote can't usually fix.. And it really doesn't happen that often. It might be because I have mine out of the case and pretty much exposed to everything behind my dash. Who knows... it works, and it is 100000000x's better than my last screen
Ya actually now that you mention it, some times it turns on but doesn't display an image. I fix it by just power power cycling the screen (I will have to try the remote next time...).
My Xenarc 700tsv, does that as well, maybe like 1 in 50 times..and sometimes the screen shows up shifted to the right, nothing a little button pressing ca't fix...
