I figured it out. The black bar has to be inserted at a 45 degree angle, and pushed down to tension the connectors. Glad someone didn't tell me so I could figure that out all lonely-like.
Hey all, thanks for the look. I ordered a 702TSV a week ago, and promptly ripped it apart to form it to a head unit adapter.
The issue with the new 702 is that it does not have the same form factor as the 700, so the circuit board has to be moved. The issue is the cables, I've had to de-attach and reattach, and now it gets power and partial data/lines on the screen. I think it is due to the video cable, but I don't know how to ensure it is connected correctly, with the locker bar. Any help is appreciated!
